Return Conditions
Items must be returned:
• In their original state, unused and undamaged
• With their original packaging, as well as all accessories and manuals
• Accompanied by the purchase invoice
Any product that is damaged, incomplete or soiled cannot be accepted and will be rejected.
Return Fee
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of error on our part (defective or incorrect product).
Return or refund
The return is possible within 14 days via the legal right of withdrawal, provided that the equipment is new, unassembled and in its original packaging.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
